JOH is excited to welcome Lauren Leary as a Business Manager in our Health, Beauty & Wellness Division.
Lauren brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in marketing and brand strategy for national and global brands. She began her career in account management, overseeing major brand campaigns and global product launches. Over the years, she has held senior roles across several leading marketing organizations, where she built her reputation for driving creative excellence, strengthening brand identity, and delivering measurable results.
Most recently, Lauren led large-scale retail brand initiatives for a major health and wellness retail company, advancing from project management to marketing and brand strategy leadership. In that role, she guided enterprise-wide brand standards and improved retail brand consistency across more than 9,000 store locations nationwide.

Lauren resides in Franklin, Massachusetts, with her 13-year-old son, Benjamin. A devoted New England sports fan, she enjoys cheering on the Celtics, Patriots, Red Sox and Bruins, as well as spending time with family and friends, staying active, attending concerts and traveling.
