JOH is pleased to welcome Stephen Fox as Business Manager, Specialty.
Stephen brings more than 12 years of experience in the food industry, with a strong background in specialty grocery, category management, sales strategy, and own brands. He spent nearly a decade with one of the largest retailer-owned grocery cooperatives, where he held several category management roles across center store and specialty. During his tenure, he helped drive significant growth in own brands and managed key strategic partnerships, including a major specialty grocery distribution operation. Most recently, Stephen served as Sr. Product Business Manager, leading an own brands team focused on product development and delivering category growth for a major North American grocery distributor.

Stephen lives in Shrewsbury, New Jersey, with his wife, Stephanie, and their three sons, Teddy, Henry, and Elliott. He enjoys coaching his sons’ sports teams, and when the family has a sports-free weekend, they enjoy staying active, traveling, and spending time at the beach.
