JOH is thrilled to welcome Kali Hill to our North Central team as Business Manager, Center Store.
Kali brings 15 years of food industry experience to JOH, with a strong background in procurement, sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management. She began her career in retail leadership before transitioning into the grocery and distribution side of the business, where she steadily advanced through a variety of leadership roles with a leading national grocery wholesaler and distributor. Most recently, she led large-scale sourcing initiatives and managed private-brand sourcing programs. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Kali also played an important role in mentoring and training sourcing managers, helping to strengthen team performance and development.

Kali resides in Rosemount, Minnesota, with her husband, Jerad, and their two children, Roman (7) and Lucille (4). Outside of work, she enjoys biking, swimming, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her family. Kali is also a breast cancer survivor and founded a women’s cancer survivor group in the South Metro area of the Twin Cities focused on connection, encouragement, and giving back to the community.
