JOH is excited to welcome Henry Aguilo as Senior Director of Retail Operations.
Henry joins the JOH family with more than twenty years of leadership in retail environments. He served as a store manager for a leading Northeast supermarket chain where he oversaw end-to-end operations. He later led a high-volume location for a national home improvement retailer, managing a large team and complex merchandising needs. Most recently, at a global off-price retailer, Henry drove year-over-year growth by analyzing sales patterns, traffic flow and SKU performance to improve execution on the floor.

Henry lives in Peabody, MA with his wife Kerri and their two children, Matthew and Ava. He loves spending time with family whether he is watching his son play hockey, cheering on his daughter’s dance performances or making memories on Disney trips.
