JOH is proud to welcome Michelle Durgin to the team as Team Lead for Hannaford in our Center Store Division.
Michelle brings more than 30 years of experience in the supermarket industry, with a career built on operational excellence, leadership and a passion for results. She began her journey working with a major Northeast-based retail customer where she held several roles. Michelle continued to grow her career with progressive leadership roles, including Account Executive, Senior Business Manager and, most recently, Senior Sales Manager at a national sales and marketing agency. In that role, she led a high-performing team responsible for a diverse client portfolio, managed critical financial operations including budgeting and forecasting and spearheaded strategic business planning that resulted in the successful launch of more than 450 new products.

Outside of work, Michelle’s greatest source of pride is her daughter, who recently graduated from college. She also enjoys staying active, whether she’s traveling with family, hiking New Hampshire trails or hitting the slopes. She’s an accomplished athlete who has completed 11 marathons, countless half-marathons and several triathlons.
