JOH is excited to welcome Joe Motta as a Business Manager in our Confection Division.
Joe brings five years of experience in the CPG industry along with a strong background in business development and account management. Most recently, he worked as an Account Manager for a national natural and organic distributor. In that role, he partnered closely with retail category teams to execute promotions, events and reviews that drove measurable sales success.
“Joe’s drive, positive attitude and relationship-focused approach make him a great addition to our team,” said Kevin Shea, EVP, Confection. “He brings a strong work ethic and a true passion for helping clients and customers succeed. Joe lives in Western Massachusetts with his wife, Sabrina, and their two children, Gianna and Daniel. Their family also includes two tabby cats, Miles and Tito. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, going to the beach, watching football, cooking and tackling DIY projects around the house.
