JOH is pleased to announce that Alicia Hernandez has joined the company as Associate Business Manager in the North Central Region.
Alicia brings a wealth of experience in the CPG industry, building a strong foundation in account management, business management, and client service. Throughout her career, she has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as an Associate Business Manager at a national sales and marketing agency supporting a major national retail account. In that role, she helped manage high-profile vendor partnerships, develop promotional strategies, and drive business growth across multiple categories.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time outdoors with her two sons, Levi and Ezekiel. Whether she’s fishing, riding four-wheelers, or cheering them on at their soccer games, family is at the center of her life. She also has a passion for travel and experiencing new cultures.
