JOH is thrilled to announce the promotion of Jadon Ollila to Vice President of North Central.
Jadon brings nearly four decades of experience in the food industry and a deep passion for the business. He began his career as a meat cutter and department manager at an independent retailer, building a strong foundation on the store level. He then spent 14 years with a leading national grocery wholesaler in sales and merchandising, working his way up to Senior Grocery Buyer. Over the next 15 years, Jadon continued to grow his leadership experience as a broker, supporting national and regional brands across multiple categories. In 2023, he joined JOH as Director of North Central, where he has already made a meaningful impact on the team and our clients.
In his new role as Vice President, Jadon will take on expanded leadership responsibilities within the division, including helping guide strategic direction as well as financial planning and budgeting. We are excited to see him step into this next chapter and continue building on the strong momentum in North Central.

Jadon lives in Hugo, Minnesota, with his wife of more than 30 years, Melanie, and their dog, Toivo. He is a proud dad to Baillie, who is finishing her PhD at Old Dominion University, and Brock, who is completing his CPA at Rockhurst University. Outside of work, Jadon and Melanie enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors.
