JOH is pleased to announce the promotion of Dana Kelly to Executive Vice President, Confection.
Since joining JOH in 2021, Dana has made a significant impact on the Confection division. As Director of Confection, she has led the sales team, recruited and developed talent, collaborated closely with JOH’s Analytics & Insights division, and helped drive growth through new client opportunities and industry engagement.
Dana brings more than 15 years of industry sales experience working both as a broker and for manufacturers in the confection space. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation as a collaborative leader who is deeply committed to her clients, customers, and teammates.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three daughters. She is also actively involved with NextUp New England, where she previously served as Co-Chair and currently serves as Growth & Development Officer. In this role, she is passionate about supporting, mentoring, and helping develop the next generation of industry leaders.
