Internships

At JOH, our people drive everything we do. Since 1956, we have grown as a family-owned food broker, building our business by doing right by our clients, customers and teammates we serve across the Northeast, North Central, and Mid-Atlantic regions. That same commitment extends to the next generation of industry professionals.

Our internship program gives students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working alongside the talented teams that help drive our business forward every day. Interns gain meaningful exposure to the food industry, learn from experienced leaders, and contribute to real projects across our organization.

Below is a brief overview of the departments that offer internship opportunities at JOH. If you are interested in joining our team, please complete the form below and submit your resume and cover letter. We look forward to learning more about you.
